This website does not require you to create an account to browse it. Information is collected and stored in the following situations:

When you submit the contact form, a buying power review or a refinance savings review, the details you enter (such as name, email address, phone number and the information you describe about your situation) are stored in a secure database used to manage inquiries, and a notification is sent so the inquiry can be answered.
• Consultation scheduling. When you book a consultation, the appointment details you provide are stored in the same secure database.
• Technical and hosting data. Like most websites, the hosting and infrastructure providers that deliver this site may process standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, referring page and timestamps for security, error monitoring and performance purposes.
• Essential storage. This site may use cookies or similar browser storage that are necessary for the site to function.

This website does not run Google Analytics, a Meta Pixel or other third-party advertising or behavioral tracking scripts at this time. If that changes, this policy will be updated.

If you call, text or email, the information you share is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if you choose to proceed, to evaluate a mortgage application. Information submitted through this site is not sold.

Some links take you to services operated by others, each with its own privacy practices: the secure loan application platform used by Edge Home Finance Corporation, and the MLS-powered property search hosted on a separate real estate website operated through Fuze Real Estate. Review their policies before submitting information there.

This site is hosted and supported by third-party hosting, database and email delivery providers that process information on our behalf in order to operate the site and deliver inquiry notifications.

Please do not send Social Security numbers, dates of birth, account numbers, or copies of financial documents by email or through the contact form. Use the secure application or ask for a secure document upload link.

Mortgage origination activity is conducted through Edge Home Finance Corporation. Their privacy notice governs the collection, use and sharing of information in connection with a loan application, including any Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act notices you receive. Read the company privacy policy.
